"The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, our server was a little slow but not bad at all. The main problem was that we specifically reserved an outdoor igloo bubble as a reward for my 6 y.o. doing well in school and when we got there, they said they had overbooked the igloos. The person behind the bar did not seem very apologetic and was basically like, just seat them at an indoor table that is available… even though I explained the circumstance and my daughter was visibly disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen, but they could have at least sincerely apologized, paid for our meal, or something. The waitress was pretty nice about it and gave us a free dessert, it just didn’t sit well with me that the person seemingly in charge, didn’t seem to care much that they messed up our reservation and disappointed a little girl"
