"The staff on the floor are all Italian, but the dishes coming out of the kitchen are not quite authentic Italian, in my opinion. My partner ordered veal cutlet al limone, which should have been served with a sauce made from white stock, white wine, and lemon juice. Instead, the grilled cutlet arrived dry without any sauce, just a drizzle of lemon juice, served with butter noodles. I ordered a plate of pasta from the table d'hôte, but received gnocchetti instead of the gemeli that was listed on the menu. The chicken in the dish seemed to be from a frozen product and everything was swimming in olive oil. Our friend's fried zucchini looked too perfect to be freshly cut and seemed to be frozen. In general, the food did not seem to be truly fresh Italian cuisine. Even the mushroom risotto was underwhelming and overly mushy. The desserts also seemed store-bought. Despite the restaurant being full, we left feeling disappointed. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, this might not be the best choice."
