"I had a very disappointing experience ordering lunch from Delectable Egg through Uber Eats. Before placing my order, I called the restaurant to ask if they could accommodate my meal specifications, and an employee assured me that they would be able to fulfill my requests if I noted them in the Uber Eats app. I made those notes, but when my meal arrived, none of my specifications were met. The restaurant blamed Uber Eats, and Uber Eats blamed the restaurant. I ended up paying $25 for a subpar meal and poor service. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. Given the quality and presentation of the food I received, I am not inclined to visit in person either. The omelet and salad were lacking in vegetables, with only a scant sprinkling, resulting in a dish that had no color, texture, or flavor. Yes, I am a dissatisfied customer due to both the delivery experience and the high price for such low quality. Unfortunately, Delectable Egg did not meet my dietary requirements as specified in my order."
