"We love this place. Love the patio. We come here a lot and I usually get the half bottle of wine. Went there Wednesday November 8th though and they told me the half priced bottles were only on Tuesdays. I told them that’s not what the sign says but they wouldn’t honor it. We will still be back but I hope next time they honor what they display."

"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"New Favorite Place for Lunch. I work in the area and have had lunch at The Local Eatery and Pub several times now. I enjoyed every meal, and have brought several different coworkers and friends there for lunch, all of whom have since returned for another delicious meal! "The service at this place is phenomenal (Cullen was very attentive. He seemed to be the only waiter when we were there). Cane Rosso Neapolitan style pizzas are thin-crust, but are most definitely not New York style. The covered outdoor seating area was nice. I was pleasantly surprised they were still maintaining social distancing guidelines. We ordered the MEATBALLS with ground chuck and pork, Italian herbs, tomato and cheese. The flavor was good, but we were a little disappointed that it was cold. The CAPRESE CHOP with baby heirloom tomatoes, housemade mozzarella, arugula, basil, red onion, pesto and balsamic was fresh. The MARGHERITA PIZZA was really good, but we felt that it need a little bit more basil. We shared the pizza and even had a few slices leftover."

"The food was excellent, as always! However, our server could have been better. Our drinks took at least 15 minutes to arrive from the bar, and we had to ask for them. When it came time to settle the bill, the server rushed us before we had a chance to order anything else. We wanted to order another drink, but ultimately decided to go somewhere else instead. We were at the table for less than an hour, so it wasn't as if we were lingering."

"Ordered food for pickup. It was available waaaay after it was promised. After I got there, they told me to wait on a bench, then ignored me for 20-25 min. They almost sent me out door without paying. Everyone was helpless. When I got home realized they dropped one of the pizzas because one had all the cheese stuck to cardboard and slid off the pizza. The food is good, the service is definitely subpar."

"The customer service was outstanding! We had made a reservation and received multiple text messages to confirm it. When we arrived, our table was ready and waiting for us. Our server, Anibal, provided the best service we've ever had! Victoria was incredibly helpful both with the reservation process and during our visit. Our family felt truly cared for during our dinner and birthday celebration. We were so impressed. This was my first time at the restaurant!"

"The food was phenomenal, but the service was horrible. My 5 friends and i arrived at around 8pm on saturday night and sat at a table near the front. We waited for about 5 minutes and no one came to take our order, so my friend went and tracked down the waitress and told her we were sitting in the front and were ready to order. She said ok and that she would be with us shortly. 15 minutes passed by and no one came to our table to take our order. So we were forced to order from the bar even though we were sitting at a table. The waitress brought our food out to us when it was ready, but never asked if we needed anything and literally didn’t wait on us, and seemed very annoyed the whole time. I would understand if it was super busy and she didn’t have time to wait on us, but it wasn’t busy. There was one table of about 10 people that had already finished eating and the rest of the people were at the bar. The bartender that helped us at the bar was very friendly and helpful, and he even ended up bringing out a bunch of our food. I would definitely give the food 5 stars, but the service 0 stars. I had “the Mac” and it was amazing. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough dipping sauce to go with the sandwich."
