"The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. We had a reservation for 6pm but our order was not taken until 40 minutes later. Our food did not arrive until 7:40pm, and we were on the verge of leaving, something we had never done before. The children were patient, but their meals came after the adults'. The bus boy was helpful, but the waitress was hardly seen. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the service was a far cry from what I remember growing up with at the Roycroft. I visited the new "pub" being set up in the former library, and the modern design clashed with the historic architecture of the building. Overall, my birthday dinner was a major disappointment."
