"Super rude staff (Guy working there cursed at me). Bad quality food. They also charge more for the exact same thing you'd order at another Mountain Mike's. Small combination pizza and 6 wings were 35 dollars. The exact same thing was 27 at the BlossomHill location. This place is shady. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere. I wish I could give less than 1 star,this place doesn?t even deserve the 1 star. I'm so disappointed at the person who thinks it's ok to curse at customers. Wow. Also, anyone have a corporate phone number for them?"

"I ordered a Pike's Peak half and half red sauce and the other half white sauce, I have to say it was delicious . Very impressive. I also ordered chicken wings half and half also, honey garlic and barbecue oh my goodness! The honey garlic was worth everything, I should have ordered mine all honey garlic instead of half and half. I cannot wait to my next tired night after work waiting on my next pizza and chicken wings!"

"Pizza is consistent with other Mountain Mike 's locations. The place is clean, a few TVs to catch the game, and good parking. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the service is not that great. Same lady (older blonde) took our order and just was not into it. Either she was having a bad day or just doesn 't want to be here. Another lady that works here (Indian) was also very rude. While we were eating, she came to our table and blatantly told us that our 8 year old 's cup was for water only. We didn 't even catch it ourselves and quickly apologized and even offered to pay for the orange soda she had in there. Guess what, she just turned around and walked into the back kitchen. Very easily she could 've politely informed us and maybe say no problem, just letting you know for next time or just something instead of coming at us during dinner with that attitude. Note to owner: train and work on customer service/people skills with your staff as they are on the front line representing you and your business."

"I rarely buy pizza not having grown up in a country where it was available. This was a free coupon I had won however so decided to try the large chicken club pizza. It was actually very tasty and well received by the three people who shared with me. "I ordered a SMALL pizza with three toppings, but when I got to the shop, I was given a MINI kids' size pizza instead. The lady behind the counter seemed defensive and tried to justify the mistake. It was clear to me that the issue was about the number of toppings, not the size, which affected the price. The customer service was poor, and I didn't want to argue, so I just paid for it. Will I return? Likely not. If you're not looking for this kind of service, I would suggest going elsewhere."

"Gluten free for $19.99 each, but cooked to perfection you know, that point where the juices caramelize around the edge of the crust and give each piece that added zing. Our local MM continue to keep up the quality of the ingredients instead of substituting lesser quality to hold the price. While $20 for a small gluten free isn't cheap $16 for a lousy pizza is just throw away, so I prefer the higher quality for a bit more route MM has taken. They've maintained this consistency over the years (a good 30+ . Glad they can be depended upon to keep up providing excellent pizza choices. Never disappointed."

"I wish I was writing this review in a positive light and I am also saddened that I will have to switch locations especially since they are out the direction of my house. I loooovvveeeee mountain mikes pizza. Once I moved to Fremont I was so excited one was so close to my house so I made it my home base. I used to order here more frequently to the point they already knew me and my bf by name lol. I always order pickup and I always receive the best greeting and most of the time I am offered great coupon deals if I don't have one already. Staff are always pleasant, helpful, and professional. The food is always great and I am offered cheese, plates and more. I really miss the old team. Last night my experience was horrible i ordered pickup and the staff over the phone was ok but I think he can use some improvement. He should know prices on meal deals and the menu. I always get the meal deal (pizza, soda, mozzarella sticks and I'll add dessert) because I get more bang for my buck. The staff wasn't sure of any meal deals or any pricing on pizzas and offered 20% off two large pizzas and 10% off one medium pizza. Once I arrived i stood in line to wait to pay. When I was ready to pay I guess there wasn't a option to give me 10% anymore and told me I had to order another pizza to get 10% or I can join the vip and get 20%. I said ok Let's do it I'll join vip and get 20% off tonight and he said no it doesn't work like that. At that moment I was frustrated and told him I come here a lot and I've never received this kind of service and he laughed and said ohhhhh you come here a lot ok. Once I got home and seen my food it was not up to par at all and didn't at all match the quality of mountain mikes at all. My pizza was ok in taste but not like I'm used to it tasting and not at all the amount of pepperoni we always receive which we were didn't mind but it would have been nice for the pizza to actually taste good. I got mozzarella sticks as well and they were not good at all the whole stick looked uncooked and only burnt on one side like they were put on a grill and not fully cooked, The cheese inside was rubbery and a little rough. I was thrown off by the shape and color but once I took a bite was when I was uninterested. My churros were uncooked and super doughy on the inside and also cold. Just a bit of sugar/cinnamon was thrown on top, which didn't really bother me."

"Very disappointing. Just picked up a large pepperoni and sausage and opted for pickup because i wanted to maximize freshness. I Get home and take a first bite and pizza was slimy and watery totally undercooked! Bread has a weird cardboard consistency. So i try to fix it by reheating it in oven. That fixed the crust which is now crispy as expected but the cheese now is overcooked due to the reheat. Its now an unappetizing mess. This has really ruined Friday night dinner. This is not the first time encountering this issue with this location. Its always hit or miss. I don't understand the lack of consistency. Rushing thru Friday night orders? Extending the shelf life of ingredients to minimize inventory loss? Dont know but really annoying. Wont be ordering for quite a while."

"The reason why when you order pizzas from here and you wait a long time for your pizzas to get delivered is because this store takes your order and your tips, then they outsource the order to a third-party app like doordash or ubereats, while they pocket your tips.That’s why no delivery drivers want to take the orders, hence why you end up waiting a long time for your pizzas.Very Questionable business model, I would personally never give my business to this place."

"I thought I was walking into Mt. Mikes, I left thinking it was the Twilight Zone. 35 mins til closing... Game 3 showing...new ish front counter person really struggling to grasp the ordering, pick up, or delivery process....a pizza cook, delivery driver, mgr. OR owner standing directly behind her low talking....seems to be confusing her...another worker appears and asks about my order....I order a pizza sandwich and fountain drink to go... WE HAVE NO ICE Im told... darn I say, I wanted ice more than the drink .. nvm I said....the total comes at me way way more than I ordered...I asked why....I was told a drink was added...i said...cancel that drink please... no ice? No dice! .... its gonna be 15 20 mins ....I go play some pinball as the Dubs lose game 3... I played 3 5 ball games....22 mins....this is too frickin much details. Sorry for that. I 'm extra upset that they forgot my chips (included with sandwich) and flipped out and wrote all this down when they FAILED! EFF AY EYE EL EE DEE by not cutting my pizza sandwich. 2 cuts is what is needed. I got zero. Entire sandwich slipped off of roll and what a joy it was to clean. There needs to be a professional or high school graduate to run that place. Unhappy and hungry am I. I 'll live. And probably go back. Great pizzas. Bestest sauce too."

"Family out for special occasion. Ordered a lot of food, pizza, churros, garlic cheesy bread. They were out of wings. But KFC was in the same parking lot. So we thought we were golden. There was no dining in, ok. So we took the food home. Worst meal ever!!!!!!!!!!! The pizza and cheese bread tasted like cardboard, it was completely dried out. The churros were so burnt they were black. We will never return to this place."

"I didn't want to check this place because I wanted everything to keep for me. When I was little, we went to Pizzaville USA in Oildale. I have such beautiful memories there and then Home Plate Pizza when I was in HS. Yummmm! We haven't had really good pizza for years. Mountain Mike was fantastic! The pizza took me back when pizza was to be eaten. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. This is definitely the place where I will get my pizza right away. You look pretty new. I just stumbled over it because my grandson was playing football nearby. What a pleasant surprise. It's a little small inside, and if they serve pizza, they'll soon need a bigger place. Attention! Everything you have great pizza chain stores. This place totally exaggerated you. Of course, this is all subjective."

"I had called in an order to pick up a large chicken club pizza. When I got to the store, the manager Jay, (who also took my order) handed me a mountain sized pizza and made me pay for the larger size. When I asked him to make me a large size instead,he said he was refusing service. I was very disappointed in being forced to pay for a larger size that I didn?t order. When Iasked him for his supervisor or the district managers contact information, Jay said I was harassing him and that he would callthe police. At this point I didnt feel safe anymore and was forced to pay for a size I didn?t order. I know I was not harassinghim because I even have recorded the end of our conversation. I?m very disappointed in the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at this storeand I?m disappointed that their managers and my employees won?t accept responsibility for mistakes they make when taking myorder. "The owners of this particular franchise are extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for four pizzas the day before a big event. The day of the event, I called to confirm and they told me they could't make the pizzas because the power was out. I told them explicitly to cancel the order and refund my card credit card. I then called Roundtable Pizza and got my pizzas from them (they were very professional and friendly by the way). After my event is over, I see the Mountain Mike's manager left me a voicemail saying they would deliver the pizzas because the power came back on. Why would they do this after I told them to cancel the order? No idea. But then they insisted that I pay for them still! I had to make a fraud claim through my bank. I'll NEVER use them again. Trust me, Roundtable is a better choice."
