Ernest truly deserves all the praise; he suggested some fantastic juice choices and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I tried several elderberry and immunity shots, as well as a detoxifying one, and they were all delicious."

"I have told so many to get food here because it is organic and fresh. However after today I'm done doing that. The service just keeps getting worse and worse.... meanwhile the prices have gone up and somehow for less food than before. I ordered a Yummus bowl today and either the girl didn't know how to make it properly or management is choosing to decrease ingredients.I asked to have my order refunded because they forgot to ask if I was a rewards member and I wanted to put in my number. The kids didn't know how to do that and went to ask their manager... who never came out. I was told to just figure it out with the app. Just very disappointed to have spent $27 for something that was maybe worth $15 at best and that the service is only getting worse. Too bad because it is a great concept and could be doing much better than it is currently.Edited to add: Just had the salad and on top of the ingredients being smaller portioned than previously... There was NO quinoa at all in this salad... So disappointed in this service the workers should be supervised more closely to see what they are doing and help them to not make these mistakes given the expensiveness of the food here."
