"we enjoyed the restaurant and overall it was good; obviously the quality (on the farm too table) was good. the sweet of the day and the caesar salate were excellent. the chicken was a little hard and the meat was not spectacular. we tried the Speck sampler who was tasty, but nothing to write at home about the price. the service was in order. we sat in the pub for dinner and lunch that had no “special” atmosphere, maybe we would have liked the main room for the ambiente better. we tried two seasonal drinks that were really excellent. they bring them a very good jalapeño cornbread muffin each, but then calculate for all the others that seems to see chintzy how high the meal prices are. we would like to have a better selection of bearded designs. overall it was good and we enjoyed our meals, but for the price there are some things that could have made it a better experience."

"I specifically requested a table on the deck and my reason for the request. I also requested a call if not possible. After arriving and a minute drive the hostess informed me that she not only called but left me a message. She did neither so she lied in my face twice ! I doubled and tripled checked my cell phone . She informed me that it was first come first serve. Fine we agreed to sit inside as it was not busy in the bar area. The appetizers were delicious and the portions generous. Then the entrees… I ordered a California burger with avocado. I was served a burger with pulled pork. When we started we had to request plates and napkins. The waitress was doing her best and was nice but seemed a little overwhelmed. Then we were told that we were on a reservation and it was time to go… I might try again on the deck for lunch. It was OK."

"We waited for our table with 2 small children without good reason (many empty tables in the dining room). What worsened was that the manager called other family (her friend probably because she called them Brittney) apart and gave them a table. When we sat down, they took out food forever. So long that my little 3 Y/o fell asleep and could not eat his noodles. Then they brought a fried chicken and a loaded potato that tasted delicious. I left most of it untouched. We were there the night before and everything went great. I think different crews. Very disappointing."

"Tonight, my fiancée and I visited a vibrant district filled with restaurants for dinner. I ordered a Captain and cola, while she opted for a black Witwen drink. We started with a buffalo-style cauliflower appetizer, which we both enjoyed. My fiancée had the braised boneless ribs, and I chose a beet and arugula salad topped with candied pecans and goat cheese, along with an Angus steak (which came at an additional charge). Our meals were served promptly and were delicious, with generous portion sizes that didn’t disappoint. While the prices were slightly above average, they were still reasonable. Our waitress, Amanda, was fantastic—she was funny, attentive, and professional, even assisting us in locating our hotel for the evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Original American Kitchen. Thank you!"

"We were recommended The farm, by a friend, for our date night (isn't often we get a kid free evening! We were looking for great food in a relaxing environment and it honestly surpassed our expectations! Incredible service (Alē was our server and she was incredibly attentive and personable the food did not disappoint and we left with full bellies and enough left overs for another meal! ....and can we just talk about those beer battered pickles SOOO GOOD!!!!"

"I wasn't expecting much when I decided to pick this place for dinner. I wanted to find a place that had a decent selection of beer and some place close by because I was getting a bit hungry. This was walking distance from my hotel so why not take a chance? I'm glad that I made the right decision. Mcfate's has a great variety of beer styles that they craft. I ordered a flight and they were all tasty. The scotch ale was my favorite out of the bunch. The Fatality IPA was also a good one. I ended up ordering their basic pizza which was extremely delicious. I love pizzas when I can taste every ingredient instead of the loaded combination styles. Sometimes simple is better. My bartender was awesome, upbeat and was really into talking about beer. Excellent beer, pizza, and service. 5 star experience."

"The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, however, the food is average. It's possible that I simply chose the wrong items, but the smoothie I ordered was flavorless and bland. Even though my salad contained high-quality ingredients, it was not memorable enough to praise. This establishment is ideal if you're looking for a quick and healthy meal, but there are likely better options available for smoothies and salads elsewhere."
