"I recently visited a New York pizza place and had mixed feelings about it. The garlic knots were hard and not very appealing. The service was slow, and they even forgot our requested salad. On the bright side, the children's slide was fun, but some of the games in the playroom were either out of order or so tightly packed that it was hard for the kids to enjoy them. The prices were very competitive, which was a plus. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try."

"As native New Yorkers who lived in Italy for three years, we find the pizza here to be quite decent. This has become our go-to pizza spot because we haven't discovered anywhere else that compares to what we're accustomed to. We particularly enjoy the garlic knots, and the calzones are also quite good. In the past, they faced some staffing challenges, but the manager handled the situation remarkably well, offering 50% discounts to customers who had waited nearly an hour or more. This isn't typical, as I usually just pop in to pick up my pizza with hardly any wait. If you’re craving a taste of New York-style pizza, this is definitely the place to visit."

"Arrived early and was promptly seated. Table wobbled. Our server. Menu was a qsr code/ online. Had 5G service and was having a hard time getting internet service. Staff brought out menus that were priced and item outdated. Waitress arrived to take our drink order. 2 water with lemon and a Coke. She came back what seemed like an forever later with 2 waters with a lemon and a water. Wrong order! She didn’t go over anything on the menu at all. We started to order 2 Checker Cabs with onion rings each and a Checker Cab with french fries, 2 Buckeye shake and 1 Pippen Shake. Our shakes arrived first. The shakes were perfect. Our food arrived later delivered by a different server and was missing an order of onion rings. After waiting my wife gets up and had to go up front by the door to track down our server to discuss the onion rings. Again what seemed like forever later is and after my sandwich was cold is when my onion rings arrived. At this time I asked for the check. When our server came back with the check I just handed her my credit card. Our bill came out to be $107.00 and I only gave the server a $6.00 tip. She was lucky to get that. The server that made the shakes the were freaking awesome I handed a $20.00 tip and said “Thank You so very much”. So in a nut shell, food is over priced for what it is. Certain services stand in a group at the front door instead of tending to the customers already sitting at the tables. Place was not super busy as the only thing standing and waiting was the food getting cold at the window. Those shakes were great!!!!!"

"We 've ordered from this location several times since moving to Castle Rock. Our order is the same every time, and pretty basic: knickerbocker cheesy bread and a BYO pizza with ham, tomato, and fresh basil. We also use the notes to request garlic sauce for dipping (they have it, but they have no way to order it online it 's free other than in the notes .Sadly, they 've never gotten the order correct. The basil is free, and must go into their system weird because it gets missed a LOT! Garlic sauce is ALWAYS forgotten, and has only been added if we get it take out and request it in person. Then, tonight, the pizza had pepperoni on it instead of ham and the two are very much NOT equivalent.The basil and garlic sauce issues happen at the other locations in Highland 's Ranch and Southglenn, so it must have something to do with the computer system. But, having these issues constantly happen, even when you can see fresh basil and garlic sauce on the receipt clearly, it 's tiresome and frustrating.When you order delivery via the website, it takes you to DoorDash (but isn 't obviously DD if you 're unfamiliar with their interface . I 'm not sure if that has anything to do with the constant order flubs. We haven 't visited in person, but it 's very discouraging.(They are making today 's issue correct and issuing us a refund for the pizza since it wasn 't what we ordered."

"I went upstairs to check out the vintage bar and had an amazing experience with a talented bartender—truly a mixologist—who recommended drinks for each person in our group. Every drink was fantastic, ranging from a subtle elderberry green tea to a concoction that reminded me of a Reese's cup. Each one offered a unique flavor and was an absolute pleasure to enjoy. While the pizza had a wonderful aroma, I highly recommend heading up to the bar for something truly special."
