"I was eager to find a great bubble tea spot in Nashville and decided to try Win Bubble Tea, especially since they have several locations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even offered a taste test before I placed my order, which I really appreciated—something I hadn’t experienced at other bubble tea shops. I ordered the Thai Tea with boba. During the taste test, I mentioned that the tea seemed weak and tasted diluted. The staff adjusted it and called my order for pickup, but unfortunately, it still didn’t have the bold flavor I was hoping for. I assumed this might just be their standard recipe. The boba was very soft, which caught me off guard at first since I’m used to a firmer texture, but I grew to enjoy it as I drank. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Thai tea itself. On the plus side, they offer reserved parking right outside, which was convenient, and the staff encouraged customization and were genuinely attentive. I just wish the Thai tea had lived up to my expectations."
