"Food was not as hot and fresh as you would expect. Two people at our had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time for their food while everyone had theirs. No water refill waiter until our meal was basically done. I am sure they have had better nights at their restaurant. Seems to be apparent that they were low on staff in the kitchen as well as dining area. Excellent location and decor was very reminiscent of restaurants we had been in Italy. Male host was wonderfully friendly and even took a picture of our group at our table for us."

"Somebody screwed up, either open table or toast. We arrived for a reservation and found them closed! I feel somebody should’ve called us and notified us that they were not open! Whose responsibility was it? Toast or open table. Many times when you make a reservation with OpenTable you don’t go into the restaurants website so you are assuming that the reservation is made and the restaurant is open. We were very disappointed and disgusted with with the way this was handled!"
