"I’d rather have just had lunch and moved on with my day, but the experience we just had at this place was unapologetically laughable! We popped in for a late lunch with a group of 10. The only server working was stoned out of her mind… which, whatever who cares, but she could barely communicate or process simple tasks like pouring a beer or setting drinks on the table. After ordering through the app, the server told my sister that an item she ordered (fish sandwich) was 86d, even though the ordering app processed her order and charged her card. Since we were under the impression that the fish sandwich wasn’t available, my sister asked for a refund. The server couldn’t figure out how to process a refund. She walked to the back office to talk to her supervisor and said it would be handled momentarily, so my sister walked down the street to order something else. While sis was gone to get other food, the fish sandwich she ordered and was told wasn’t available came out to the table. We tried calling her to come back but she had already ordered lunch elsewhere. We told the server she had already gone, but the server didn’t seem to care and just left the sandwich on the table. Once sister had come back to the restaurant, the server had gotten in touch with the manager who was able to void the charge for the fish sandwich. At this point I still had not received my drink. I had however finished eating my meal. After our party got all food and bevs and were nearly done eating, Stoney Baloney came over to tell us that, actually, because she left the 86d fish sandwich on our table, the manager reopened the ticket for the sandwich and it needed to be paid. Ultimately the food at this place is decent, but that poor girl working needs to balance her buzz a bit better during her downtime between lunch/dinner rush."
