"I usually don’t write negative reviews, but after seeing similar comments from others, I feel compelled to share my experience. The two young women working there were unfriendly and unwelcoming, not just to me but also to four other customers I observed. Additionally, I placed my order online for a quick pickup, but when I arrived, one of the staff had to be instructed on how to make my simple grilled cheese sandwich, and I ended up waiting for it for an additional 10 minutes. Lastly, while I was waiting, I noticed that the lobby floor was very greasy, causing my shoes to slip forward, and I could clearly see the footprints left by the grease in the dining area."
