"We stopped at the Garden Cafe in Winnemucca while heading west on I-80 from Elko. It’s a convenient stop since there aren't many towns along the highway with better dining options. While Battle Mountain has great gas prices, the food choices aren't as appealing. We were seated promptly and opted for just water, as we had a long drive ahead. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and my friend had an omelet with hashbrowns. The coffee was regularly refilled, which we appreciated. All the food was decent, typical of a coffee shop. The service was friendly, and I would definitely stop here again while traveling on I-80."
