"If there were zero stars to rate the company?s service it would be that. My experience in dining in and ordering to take out has been met with extremely poor service. My first time dining in, my order was overlooked and my friend?s was served. Whenasked the server said they hadn?t heard the order even though it was paid for. This after waiting over 45 minutes for anavocado sandwich. The second time was no better as they service is very long wait time after ordering a latte. Which, againwas made incorrectly and incurred even more time waiting for it to be remade. Third time I decided to overlook the previousissues and my friend and I were looking for a quiet place for a meeting? again, after placing our orders and paying only onemeal was served and a repeat of the same ? sorry, they didn?t hear the order, etc. so more waiting. The next time I order out amasala chai tea latte to go and they never added the milk!! I discovered too late as I had left and I was too far away afterdiscovering this. Today I stopped in for a last time ordered a masala chai tea latte to go by now it?s the way of DUO58I?ve thus experienced 2 girls we?re deciding on meals told me to go ahead and I did. I waited and waited and waited?. Iasked for my order as I needed to leave you guessed it it wasn?t ready and orders were ahead of mine I said no thoseppl had me order before them, yet their drinks were made and ready before mine but they don?t know what happened and it wouldtake yet 5 or so minutes?
