"The gentleman who worked the counter was very unfriendly, never smiled, seemed like it was a burden to help me and was like the other customers also, yogurt is great, but his customer service was terrible. I went back a little later to get a bottled water and the girl behind the counter was very sweet and very helpful, it was just a gentleman who was rude. 2. Part of this review. I have published this today and within 2 hours I had an answer from the business and that is very impressive, because of the management on my assessment I have changed my view of this place, the fact that it will recognize and appeal that I will come back absolutely! I believe every deserve has a second and third chance to get things right, perhaps the Lord had only a bad day, but as I said, overall the yogurt and the young girl at the counter changed my position and the management sealed the deal with excellence in handling the customer service. I would highly recommend this yoghurtland in Irvine and I will definitely be back!"
