"After my visit, I reviewed other people's comments, and I noticed that those who posted pictures show the sandwich served on a salad or dessert plate, rather than a dinner plate. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite pleasant and has an older charm. I was a bit surprised by the signs warning not to touch the hats, but I assume there's a backstory to that.
Having lived in Chicago before moving to the Denver area 20 years ago, I can't compare this experience or the sandwich quality to New York City or the East Coast. If I had to break down my rating, I would give a 4-5 for the quality of the sandwich, a 2-3 for the size and amount of meat, and a solid 5 for customer service, which averages my overall rating to about a 3-4."
