"At The Counter, you have the opportunity to customize your own burger, choosing everything from the bread, sauce, and patty on a convenient clipboard. The bread selection could be improved, but you can also opt to have your burger served on a bed of greens like baby spinach, which is a nice alternative. They offer two vegan patty options: the impossible burger and the vegan veggie burger. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the impossible burger as it was a bit too "meaty" for my taste (although I suppose that's the intention), but I really enjoyed the veggie burger. They also have vegan cheese, which I haven't tried yet, and a wide variety of toppings including avocado, quinoa, cucumber, and more. Be sure to check out this place!"

"1st time here. Service is excellent kind Very loud and noisy cafeteria, Texas typical. Super loud. Free chips salsa: spicy salsa is good: the regular salsa tastes like canned tomato. Ordered the fajita taco salad in shell. Dressing option i chose was creamy chipotle: that dressing is a vinaigrette, and it has quite a bit of sugar. There’s nothing creamy about it. There’s no cream in it at all: maybe management has previously changed the ingredients or is confused? I requested a small queso and use that which worked great. The fajita meat seem to be a good quality cooked very perfectly with a tiny bit of pink in the middle. Only problem is there was less than a tablespoon on the salad …. if that. Typically, I cannot finish a taco salad, but I cleaned the bowl on this one.. a small female. (The portion of meat was very minimal). The beans are canned black beans and they put corn in it, which is really nice but I am not sure if the corn was frozen or canned. There was one tomato cut in half a little cherry tomato. Drink was water from tap. For the price, they can most definitely do better. This was not a $20 meal by far."

"Started with a Casa Rita, a little sweet but tasty, then built the BEST Bacon Cheese Burger types of cheese) I have had in a while. Had the Onion Strings and a small salad. It took Elliana a bit to warm up the the rookie who did not know how things worked. "Not pleased with the price charged for a double bacon burger. $26 was insane and we didnt find this out until we received the bill. Many add on charges. The lady gave us the white paper and said to pick your burger and the toppings you wanted. And then to squeeze more money out of us slapped us with a 20% living service charge. That brings a hamburger to $31.50 with no fries i might add ...and oh don't forget the tax..... We won't ever be coming back. Way to expensive. Very disappointed. The burger was descent so that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. And thiss a diner food establishment not a facy restaurant. People save your money and go somewhere else. I felt robbed for 3 burgers. With the bill costing $73 when done and not even drinks. Just water. Responding to owners statement. The burger was added up to 1/2 pound and the server charged $20.95 plus $2.00 for bacon,$1.00 for cheese, .50 for pineapple, $1.00 for blue, .50 for the suce on the burger or it was going to be dry, .50 for hawaiian. We were ordering off the actual menu and the server grabbed a white paper and started marking every on it so we were oblivious to the fact that there were going to be all of these additional charges. Even for my burger I told the waitress that I wanted the $9.95 burger with no bun and lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and pickle and blue cheese. She kept questioning why no bun so you want lettuce and I told her I said that I could not eat the bun that I could have lettuce. She was filling out the paper. I got charged $13.95 for my burger when I specifically told her I wanted the $9.95 one with blue cheese, which I saw I was charged an extra dollar. So yes the 1 burger was $26.00 and a second one $14.00. That's insane and we were shocked. Did not want to make a big scene cuz with another couple. They were shocked about their bill as well and said they would never go back. My suggestion is to build the pricing into the burger and list it so people are aware and not sticker shocked. If all of the information is given up fron and VISIBLE (NOT IN TEENY TINY PRINT) somewhere then it is not felt like it's deceiving. Or put it in the color red so that it stands out that all these extra charges will be accrued. At least tthen, AND only then, will a customer have all of the information up front to decide if they can afford to eat there."

"I sat down at this restaurant and was not impressed. Despite informing the waiter that we were vegan, they failed to mention that their burgers were not vegan. When I received my burger and discovered there was butter on it, the waiter only then informed me that the burger itself was not vegan. There were limited options for vegans and overall, there are better places to enjoy a burger for a better value."

"Such a great hamburger spot. The already built burgers are great, but they do let you customize your own burger as well. The burgers feel light and not greasy at all. Not only can you choose between several different toppings but also different types of proteins and buns/breads. The shoestring fries are always recommended. They also have shoestring onion rings and sweet potato fries. Make sure to sign up and join their email list. I've gotten several coupons from them for buy one burger get another free. That's a super good deal considering their burgers are premium and can cost around $15 with all the fixings. The service at this location is great. I've never had an issue. They have paid parking in the back. After a certain time, the attendant leaves and you do not have to pay. The especially great thing about this location is they are close enough to the coffee bean, if you sit on the east side of the building, you can pick up their WiFi!!!!"

"We all live nearby and I wanted to try Blue Goose. From the moment we walked in the old grease smell hit all of us. Made us all question our choice. The girls working the reception and reservation desk greeted us with a welcoming smile and gave us a time frame on our wait. We walked outside to wait since the old smoky grease smell was so strong. We received a text and were seated a within the shorter wait time frame we were given. Seemed to have too many tables vacant for a wait, and other parties were noticing this too.It told an extremely long time to have our waitress even to greet us at the table. I was choking due to the greasy smell and quickly asked for water when she appeared and explained I was choking and need water ASAP. She then took a drink order from one of the of us and promptly turned her back before checking on the my other friend and myself if we might want a drinks. We commented to each other it would be nice to also have her take our orders too! The one drink came out Very slowly with no waters. She then turned her back on us again before I was able to let her know we would also like to order drinks and have a chance to inquire about the waters. After too much time waiting again we caught another waitress and let them know we were having trouble getting to order. Our waitress had someone come with her and handed out glasses of water to both our table and the one behind us. We FINALLY we able to get the rest of our party’s drink order placed and ordered food at the same time. The wait was again slow in getting our first drink orders and food. When our waitress stopped by to check on us and asked if we needed anything else, SHE AGAIN turned her back on us before we could even answer her ... and we were paying attention! We all commented that “why did she even ask if she didn’t want an answer!”. But AGAIN we did want to place another drink order! At that point we, whom are tippers decided she was not getting a good tip"

"The service is so prompt and friendly. Water is constantly checked and refilled. Full of energy and service quality. My Juicy Lucy burger is really good. The cheese and sauce is in between the beef patties. When you bite the first time, the sauce andcheese burst out from the other side of burger. It is kinda messy yet fun. Burger is juicy, and for me, the sauce is a bit toosalty that belongs to heavy flavor category and water is definitely needed. Fried onion rings are think and easy to eat. It isthin like shoelaces, you?d better eat it when it is hot and crispy. I like this place, tiny and full of friendliness. Youngpeople with good smiles, attitude and most of all, outstanding service quality that makes people want to come again. The onlyminor drawback is not about service or food but IT. The payment system on the table does not work. We go with traditional billand credit card signature route. Bravo!"

"The counter is a chain that offers many options for burgers, but also other items such as shakes, a variety of frits, onion rings salads. Recently they have added an impossible burger, the vegan is a good attempt to have something that tastes like meat it tastes good. There is also a vegan patty burger option also has iceless bread, although the bread breaks very easily so it is challenging to eat the burger. That's why I prefer to take it as a bowl. The range of toppings that you can put on your sandwich is huge, with many items you would never buy if to make something at home, or find other burger connections. The possibilities are essentially limitless, so you can taste different combinations or keep your burger traditional and easy. The service can be slow, long when busy. Get the counter card to collect points for food. The Nussella Brezel Shake is great."

"After reading reviews about this restaurant, I knew it was new and fairly popular, but I was surprised by the ten-minute wait for a table. Once we were seated, however, it became clear why. "It's a hole in the wall very small restaurant but amazing . I had the colonial it was perfect tasty amazing, my husband had bird on fire a ham Swiss cheese croissant he said it was so packed with ham had to take some out. Said that's how you make a sandwich. The triple stuffed chocolate chip cookie was to die for so gooey and delicious. The piglet was great as well. The staff was/are amazing I highly recommend them I wish I would of started coming in sooner that's how great they are. I also got a Strawberry lemonade which was pretty good as well. It was filling tasted fresh. The Jalapeno chips had a kick but if you took a bite of your sandwich it wasn't as hot anymore. The carrot cake was huge can easily feed 2 we shared it 3 ways we were all happy. The lemon square was a little tangy definitely a adult treat. The yogurt parfait I'll write an update later will have it for breakfast tomorrow. But in a nutshell I highly recommend them I really enjoyed lunch the sandwiches are huge well if I'm being honest everything was big portions."

"I really enjoy this place, but there's one consistent issue: my burger is always served lukewarm. While it tastes delicious and looks fantastic, it never comes out sizzling hot from the grill! I absolutely love burgers and make it a point to try them at every great place I visit, so I consider myself a good judge of quality. The fries are excellent, the shakes are amazing, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. However, those lukewarm burgers really bring down the experience. I'll give it another shot in a month, and I have a feeling it will be better!"
