"I have had pleasant experiences in general. Last time, they prepared the wrong smoothie and threw away the wrong one. I would have preferred being asked if I wanted the one that was made and being offered a free one on a later date. That would haveprevented waste and I wouldn?t have had to stand there waiting for another smoothie. I doubt that happens often, so not manyfree smoothies would be given away. It also incentivizes my return. I would likely buy something else when using the smoothievoucher. The cost is the same to Clean Juice, either throwing away or giving away a smoothie. The staff were friendly andapologetic. It was a nice day but they had the outdoor seating inside. Most of the time I get a pleasant greeting when I enter,sometimes it?s like I?m invisible, but maybe that?s been on busier days. I get the garden wrap every time because it doesn?tcontain any animal products and I want something I can eat quickly not a salad. The wrap is usually small, but wasuncharacteristically larger and filling last time. I would not recommend a wrap if you require larger or even typical portion sizes. I buy here because it is close to work, tasty, and organic."
