"This location is the closest to my home, but every time I place an order, it’s consistently late. Today will be the last time I order from here. I placed an ASAP pick-up order at 6:03 with an estimated time of 6:34. Now it's 7:26, and my order for two pizzas still isn't ready. I waited at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence to inquire about my order, despite there being at least three employees on duty. I would rather drive further to get my food in a timely manner."

"Well normally we appreciate this location.but today this 1 lady was completely rude to my husband. As paying customers we deserve better customer care. The manager or the person in charge was amazing. The person who made the pizza was very inconsiderate to our diet needs. We still go to this establishment for pizza the people are very kind. Tonight we got a large pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and onions. Very delicious our pumpkin enjoys the crust we don't eat. "So yesterday I went to this location and Kevin did my pizza wrong I was hot. I end up going in today and the Manager Mike end up making it the correct way. Mike get 5 stars then Kevin going to ring my order under another employee name Joseph just to not have his rude self to get in trouble.. "This location used to have great service. The lack of management is evident. It 's obvious the owner doesn 't care about their employees work ethic. You 'd think ordering online would give the employees time to create the pizza you asked for and included every item with the order for pickup. Today, I placed the order, forwarded the confirmation to my husband 's email. He picked up the order, asked where the cookie dough was, and was handed a near empty container. He said, I don 't think you filled it properly. Oh yeah, sorry about that, and handed him a new one. I 'm posting the picture of the pizza he received. He said he brought it home and we wouldn 't use them again. So, why did I forward the confirmation, you ask? Because our orders have been wrong or not complete since January. Too many screw ups to keep our business."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME! I would give zero stars if I could for the experience I just had at this location. I ordered online to pick it up at 5pm, got there at 5:05. It was not ready and they told me my ticket was next in line. I sat there for a half hour and reminded them 3 times about my order while I watched them make pizzas for multiple people who came in after me and were scheduled for pickup at 5:15. Then proceed to bump their orders up in the line ahead of mine. Almost 40 minutes later I finally got a pizza. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask me what I was waiting for. When I got the pizza home I realized they made it wrong on top of everything. I called to complain and the manager was very rude and just kept saying that I didn't understand how the ticket order works and there were other orders in front of mine. But they so easily pushed other orders to the front of the line as I sat and waited. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

As I'm watching all the pizzas being made because the lobby is full of people.When they got to mine they messed it up and the girl gives me attitude and has the nerve to say to the other worker I hate when people watch you make their pizza then say it's wrong after it's done. "I recommend not ordering online from this restaurant, as it seems to lead to issues. I placed an online order, but someone else picked it up and had no idea what I had ordered. I only received one of the three items I paid for. When I called to resolve the issue, they promised to call me back, but I never heard from them. "Love this place. My go to pizza right now. Use the coupons you get in the mail. Go on Tuesdays as they have any large pizza for 12 dollars. Fantastic!!! Set the temp right on your oven and rotate at 6 minutes. I take the pizza out just around 10 or 11 minutes I think. Let it cool and use a big knife to slice it. (i have to use a separate oven thermometer because the temp goes way higher than I what I set on my oven. Pictured: large on original crust. Half red sauce half garlic white sauce. Extra cheese, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, light black olives (ordered regular olives and plucked to my preference. Fantastic staff! Josiah I think is his name is always a pleasure to work with. 5 stars every visit."

"I have been in countless times and up until a couple of months ago I was pleased with the service I got. Then I had to deal with Gracie and since then every thing has gone downhill. She is the rudest employee I have come across anywhere in years. We have been in twice now with issues on our orders and she is rude, aggressive, and has no customer service ability whatsoever. She never apologizes for any inconveniences that are caused by the staff's errors and she is extremely confrontational. Both times the errors were the staff's fault and neither time was there any apology offered. I try to have a little to do with the staff as possible."
