"This is a sad review for me. The other locations of Avalon are simply amazing. Today we decided to try this location. First off; every single employee was working hard and were very polite! But the food and service.....We never got eating utensils, had to ask 2 diff ladies. Took about 10 mins until we finally got them and by then the food was cold cold. But that's not the end if it, the food was unedible; I got the big breakfast with pancakes and my wife got the chicken fried steak breakfast. My meal was raw; sausage meat was gross and slimy, the eggs tasted gamey, the bacon was so raw it was rubbery to the touch, the hashbrowns were like wet mush. Her meal; the chicken fried steak looked like it had been refried 2 or 3 times, even with gravy she said it was hard as a rock. Her eggs were gamey tasting as well. I'm not sure if the cook is a fill in or something but we just spent 40 something dollars for food we left on the table. The waitress asked us if we wanted a Togo box, I said no thank you the food is not good ma'am."
