"As for the macaroni and cheese pie, it tasted quite off. They seem to use Italian bread crumbs or seasonings that just don't pair well with macaroni and cheese. Additionally, we never received our slice of cheesecake. I tried to get the staff’s attention at the counter but was completely ignored. We eventually had to ask for our pie slice since it was never brought to us. Overall, the food is definitely not worth the hype or the price. You can find better pies at the grocery store."

"The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was fantastic! I understand the comments about the protein portion being small, but that's because it was incredibly fresh. I really enjoy Sarku at the mall for more chicken, but this dish offered a fresh and unique twist that I appreciated. I also tried my boyfriend's baos—he ordered the pork and the cheeseburger. The pork was delicious with a nice bit of heat, while the cheeseburger was just average. Overall, it's definitely worth a try!"

"I had ordered from this restaurant before and enjoyed it, but this time was a huge disappointment. The food looked unappetizing, lacked spice, and wasn’t flavorful at all. My delivery driver also had to wait an hour for it. The bao had a taste of freezer burn, as if it had been in the fridge for too long. The only redeeming part of the meal was my bottled soda. I won't be returning."

"The eggs rolls were burned, and the flavors of my baos were wrong. Two were correct but the other 4 were wrong and 3 were the spicy kind so and I couldnt eat them I ended up throwing them away. Not to mention I never notified that my order was ready so about 45 minutes late I drive to the store and I waited in the lobby for another 10 minutes before anyone even helped me. Horrible experience, they really need to do better."
