The owner, Mark, is one of the kindest individuals I've ever encountered; he genuinely cares about his staff, who in turn provide exceptional service to customers. After having a meal at Uncle Bub's, I decided to book them for my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made. They went above and beyond to ensure that my special day was perfect, stepping in as unofficial wedding planners even for things beyond the catering. Mark personally came to my venue to help set up tables and experiment with different tablecloth options sourced from a partnered company. The flow of the wedding day was smooth, and the staff worked diligently to ensure everything was just right. The food was continuously replenished throughout the night, and it was just as delicious as when I first dined in the restaurant. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food!
