"Everytime we've ordered through UberEats, they've gotten the order wrong. We'll order egg sandwiches on bagels with specific paid-for add-ons, and get the sandwiches as platters with NO bagel. Additionally, the platters are not packaged in the bags correctly. Everytime we've ordered platters (or gotten them as a wrong order), they arrive in the bag ON THEIR SIDE. Why would anyone pack wet food ON ITS SIDE as opposed to flat in the container and then in the bag!? Its honestly intentional neglect OR lack of common sense. I mean, cmon. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that every time we've gotten garlic bagels, they are delicious! The lack of consistency with this place is really sad. Decided to order from My Three Sons from now on. They're further out and more expensive but their orders come perfectly packaged and delicious!"

"came back this summer to repair my bondi burger. the square had renovated the outside seating area and it looked very beautiful. nicole was our waitress and she was very nice and fast. the burger was as great as last time. "I had an amazing dining experience at Brisket Bowl! The food was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5. I particularly loved the brisket bowl, which came with tater tots and cheese—delicious! The service was equally impressive, also a solid 5; the staff was friendly and attentive. As for the atmosphere, it’s warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying the Porky Bucket, Ribs, Brisket Plate, French Fries, Tater Tots, Brickhouse Bucket, Trasher BBQ Sauce, Sweet Tots, and Fried Green Tomatoes. "Cranberry. Went here for lunch on a tuesday around 11:30. I had the senior beef brisket with free onions and cheddar cheese (the lunch special on tuesday). I 've never had brisket before, and now I realize what I 've been missing. The meat was perfectly done. Flavorful but not overpowering, you could tell someone took great care in preparing it. Unfortunately, the rest of the sandwich did not match the quality of the meat. A bland white bread roll, diced, raw onion, and low quality cheddar. Kudos on the bbq, but the little things need more attention.<br/ <br/ P.S. The menu page on your website has 'the flame ' misspelled as 'the Flamr '...Hilarious"

"Rude customer service! UPDATED REVIEW ATTACH TO THE BOTTOM I came to this place to order food to go as I have been here before due to a company appreciation party and food was good. Hence the return to the establishment. I asked to do a to go order and the server rudely told me she couldn’t help me since I am doing a to go order and direct me to try with the bar tender. She ended up taking someone else’s order right in front of me while I waited to place an order with the bar tender. Their food even came out faster than my order with the bar tender. The bar tender was nice in the beginning but when it came to paying for my bill in which I asked her nicely using my manners to do so. All of a sudden she consider me an inconvenience to her as she stared me down with her eyes. She then leaned forward with her ear towards me in which I took it as to repeat myself because she didn’t catch what I said and so I did. She said that she heard me and needed to wait while she did her job. She had no problem chatting it up with the rest of the guest at the bar talking about how she got a cold drink waiting for her once she got home. I could have taken my food and walked off without paying because no one was paying attention. The chef was the only nice person working that night and brought my order out to me. Cool dude. I order the twisted Mac with tri tip which honestly was okay. It could have used a few other condiments to perfect it. Perhaps bacon, green onion, heavy whipping cream. Awesome tots which were really good. I also order another side of just Mac and cheese which was suppose to be only $2 but instead was charged another twisted Mac for $12.50 Receipt $63.30 is mine and the second receipt is one I found on the internet for how much they charged for a side of Mac and cheese. I spoke with one of the owners from Twisted Pig and had a warm and good conversation in regards of a previous review I made. I placed an order via telephone today with a women who was happy to take my order and repeated it back for accuracy. I went back to twisted pig and ordered quite a few things for myself and the family that included Boarshetta, Awesome Tots, The Dip Tip, The Conquerer Slides Twisted Pig did not disappoint when it comes for making an impression on new consumers and returning consumers. The atmosphere upon arrival gave all the vibes of positive social gatherings, openness, and big smiles all across the room. Boarshetta: very bomb with a toasted bread pull pork topped with a special drizzle sauce that executed it to perfection. Boss burger: a wild combination with beef, pull pork and bacon with a secret sauce that would make you salivate out of your mouth with each bite. Definitely a favorite. I strongly recommend Twisted Pig for those who are hungry, want a positive social environment and plenty of amazing food options to choose from."

"We were looking for a place to get a quick bite and a drink. We saw Kings Tavern that the parking lot was full, so we went on to Saratoga Springs to find another place, but couldn't find a parking place somewhere near a restaurant, so we went back to Kings and found a place. We went about 330 in the afternoon and the bartender said he just gave the last call and the kitchen was closed. He was just a joke. I had made the house chicken tortilla soup that was fantastic. My wife had the 2 hot dogs with fries, some of the best pommes ever. The bar was a local bar, it seemed like everyone knew each other. I was a little on the loud side mainly 2 tables one with 3 guys and one with 5 women. We'll be back next time we're in the area."
