"Jason's Deli offers a fantastic selection of high-quality, healthy food, and we have no complaints about the menu. However, we've occasionally left because the air conditioning is set far too cold. It seems that since Jason's features an open kitchen and prep area, the staff gets warm while cooking, leading to an environment that’s freezing for customers. We've noticed diners sitting with their arms crossed, visibly cold, and many keep their coats or sweaters on. The temperature really should be more moderate.
On one occasion, I checked the thermostat, and it was set in the low 60s. I've reported this issue to the management and contacted their corporate headquarters as well. It’s genuinely a concern. We would visit more frequently if they could maintain a comfortable, moderate temperature in the dining area. Unfortunately, until this issue is addressed, we won't be returning, which is a shame because the food is truly excellent."
