"I ended up giving up on my order, and when the waiter returned with food, I mentioned I also had a pickup order that I hadn’t mentioned earlier because it wasn’t ready at the time, and I was tracking it on my phone. He looked completely lost and confused. I waited to see if he would follow up on my order, but after a while, I decided to speak to someone else.
Then, the same female server who had shouted earlier came by with my food and asked if I had a to-go order. I confirmed that I did but wanted to ask about the name attached to the order since there hadn’t been any clear indication that this was mine. She just placed the food down and walked away with a dismissive look.
I expected better service; I barely got to eat at all! I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I was really disappointed after hearing all the good things about this place."
