"My friend and I were visiting your establishment for the first time ever today, and were very mistreated by your staff girl there. She abruptly intervened on the speaker with the touch screen as we were trying to order our items, not knowing how to properly go about it in the first place, only to have her tell us very rudely that we need to hurry up or get out of the line because there were other cars behind us. This is unacceptable customer service, and it doesn't matter if you are short-staffed and the only one working in the business at the time with a line either... As a employee of an establishment you represent, also at a drive-thru, you should know that people are willing to let others take their time to make an order, especially when it comes to using a touchscreen, that you also have to access outside your vehicle window. She was just very snarky, and one of those people that makes it seem like if you don't enjoy your job, you don't have to work there. Poor customer service is what ruins reputations of businesses, once said interactions leave marks, that are then spread by word of mouth. Just saying, very disappointing and disgusting attitude. Major fail."
