"Visited Father's Day 2022 and truly underwhelmed by the establishment to appreciate customer service. Was highly recommended and for me this day was just ok, nothing special. In addition, I am sure that they were substantiated because my simple order of Tri-Tip sandwich bean 25 minutes with them also missed my requested salsa. The tri-tip and beans are all right, bread for the sandwich soggy. An order after I had my place with two people was served before me. Come to find out my order was placed on a table without communication that my order was ready for pickup. Person in register also go-in and call/online ordering simultaneously and you could see that she was not happy to work at this time. Was so busy this day that certain food options were from baked potatoes to bbq chicken. The under hanging fake plants saw sticky, going noon specialties not up-to-date, electronic wires from the ceiling to the worktop not optically pleasant, could stock boxes see how you go in the kitchen with a grubby garbage on the side of these boxes, all kinds of equipment around cashier front and back of them.
