"The wedge salad came with three large wedges, but there were hardly any toppings—just a handful of beets scattered around the plate, instead of being properly chopped and arranged as is customary. The bacon accompaniment was just four thick slices of bacon placed on the side, which was rather disappointing.
My experience with room service for breakfast was also disappointing. Everything was overcooked—my fiancée’s eggs were overdone, and my potatoes were mushy and lacking flavor.
The only reasons I ended up giving two stars instead of one were the four large, fresh shrimp in my cocktail, the delicious red velvet cake for dessert, and our lovely waitress, Ari, who truly made our evening enjoyable. Despite the shortcomings in service and food quality, Ari stood out as the highlight of our visit. We definitely felt fortunate to have her as our server!"
