I suspect this is intentional since I've had to correct them on my receipt multiple times.
After I informed the worker about the mistake with the double patties, I was instructed to park and wait for them to prepare a new hamburger. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting a long time for my order. When I got home, I discovered that my hamburger was not cooked properly—the meat was pink inside, and the bacon looked raw. The sourdough bread wasn’t even toasted. I ended up having to throw the burger away, and I considered contacting the Health Department about the improperly cooked meat.
As for my child’s chicken sandwich, the buns were burnt, and they forgot the extra mayo I had requested, so only the chicken was edible. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. The accuracy and quality at this Carl's location have really declined; even when it's not busy, they make numerous mistakes."
