"As I walked into the restaurant, another customer had just finished placing their order at the counter. I assumed the employee had gone off to prepare their food. While I stood inside waiting to place my order, I watched four cars go through the drive-thru. There were a total of four employees present, yet the person in front of me hadn’t received their order either. The dining area was unkempt, with dirty tables and chairs that weren’t pushed in. Frustrated, I decided to leave and head to the drive-thru instead, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I pulled up, someone greeted me, saying, "Welcome to Brooklyn's. I'll be with you in just a moment," but I ended up waiting for another three minutes before giving up. I definitely won't be returning."
