"We went to Ridge Grill on our date night last week. Overall it was overpriced for what we received, and we left feeling deceived. When we placed our order, our waitress asked us (without any additional context) soup or salad? We said salad. The way she framed the question made us believe that it was a complimentary addition to our meal. Nope, when we got our check, we realized that we were charged $10 each for the salads. We felt tricked into spending more money... Next, I ordered the scallops, however, they were far overcooked which made them chewy and tough. They put way too much lemon on the dish. The lemon juice overflowed into the rice, making the rice super sour and overall unpleasant. I would suggest putting the scallops in their own shallow dish on the plate to avoid that. It was not worth $36. After tax and tip we spent $110, and we didn 't even order drinks or appetizers. We don 't have a lot of extra money to spend, so date night is a rare treat. To leave feeling tricked and unsatisfied was disappointing. Try someplace else. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"
