"Don 't order their miso soup unless you 're craving warm water, and don 't order anything to go unless you have your own chopsticks, wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce on hand. For the second time, I received just the plain roll with nothing else in my take out order. It does not seem like they care about to go orders, as tonight is my second time with this same problem although, to be fair, the first time around I got chopsticks. I naively assumed the first time was a mistake and tried my best to enjoy a mediocre roll with a plastic fork I was able to find and no soy sauce or wasabi. I 'm leaving this review to caution anyone when ordering from here if you 're in an area where you don 't have access to utensils and other condiments . It seems that nobody is supervising the food expediting/processing of to go orders. The food is not even close to good enough and way too expensive to be eaten without the basics I know that because I did that last time I ordered too. Also, I 've never met a miso soup I didn 't like until ordering from Akita Sushi."
