"So I get there and I am greeted by staff after a couple minutes, they were a bit slow to pay attention. I am told I can sit anywhere and pick a table. I get a menu quickly and my water had lime in it. I ordered a Big Papi burger sans bacon with baked beans and coleslaw instead of chips. I also ordered their Mambo fries. Food came out quickly, but my burger bun, which was gluten free did not see the flat top and was cold though my burger was hot. The burger was good but because they did not toast the insides of the bun the burger fell apart. The fries came out barely warm which made no sense. Does the mabo sauce need to be refrigerated? I don't know. They redid them and they ware only slightly warmer, not nice hot fries. They did comp the fries for their mistake, and I appreciate that level of customer service. The thing is for $20 I am expecting a really amazing burger, and it was good, okay, but not anything to write home about or tell a friend to try. Atmosphere is great. I love when places have walls of windows that fully open to let in the air, staff were prompt and attentive. While it can feel a little bit like close quarters, I went during nonpeak hours, so I was fine."
