"After we took a seat, the bartender walked by (still behind the bar), threw up his hands, and mentioned something about us needing to walk 8 feet to the bar to place our order. I’ve been around my fair share of rough places, but the menu didn’t look appealing, and I noticed a table with a pizza that appeared undercooked. To top it off, we were greeted by the servers long before the bartender even acknowledged us. I really don’t understand how this place ever received a 5-star rating."
