"The service was not the best I’ve had. Our friends arrived before we did and the waitress soon after we sat down. She took our drink order and after the drinks came she took our appetizer order. Our friends got theirs and about ten minutes later we got ours. I think the waitress had too many tables, because she kept saying I’ll check your appetizers. Our food came, it was delicious! Waitress never came back to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. I only ate half and asked for a box twice. Again the food was great!"

"I’m giving 5 stars because the food was incredible and as a small business owner myself I understand that ratings can be important. But the service we received was far less than 1 star. At the time we came in to have dinner it was not very busy. We had to track down our (extremely rude) server several times just to get basic service and we were always met with an attitude. We sat and waited 25 minutes just for her to bring us our drinks (that we could see waiting in the drink window) and then we waited for what seemed like forever to be able to order. Our food sat under a heat lamp for too long (we did not feel like this hurt the quality, but we know how quickly that it can). Two of her co-workers had to track her down just so we could get our ticket that we asked twice for. Every time she walked out of the kitchen she was putting food in her mouth without washing her hands and then grabbing drinks (health code violation). She seemed to be more concerned about socializing with her co-workers than with her customers. I understand that food service jobs can be challenging, but this girl makes us never want to step inside this restaurant again. The rest of entire staff was friendly and welcoming."

"I drove 2.5 hours to see my bestie in Columbia on a Sunday night. The weather was unfavorable. Once I arrive we started calling for takeout food. It was mission impossible as restaurants close the kitchen at 9. With sad eyes from all starving parties, I called McNally's. A gentleman answered the phone and with a plesent voice said, “Our kitchen is open till midnight.” Cheers erupted and digital menus were flying open. "20 dollar pizza’s horrendous service. if you want to pay more than $20 for a mediocre pizza, this is the place for them. the cheese was runny, the crust soft. we have a pint glass filled with fat. the even better treatment is that they can also have rude condescending service. Oh, I forgot the best part. this place is not family-friendly. swear nothing but fat drunk slobs and spend last dollar on pull tabs."
