"The Pork Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls were quite good, and I appreciated that they used rice paper for the egg rolls. However, the Bun Bo Hue was just okay. The meat options were not what you would typically expect for this dish, and while it had a decent level of spiciness, that was where the resemblance to authentic Bun Bo Hue ended. The real problem was the pho. The broth was extremely dark, so much so that I questioned whether we were served the wrong one. To put it mildly, the broth had a very unpleasant smell, reminiscent of feet, and it was excessively salty. Ultimately, the pho was inedible. Based on the photos I’ve seen on Yelp, it seems we might have received the incorrect broth since theirs looks much lighter. Unfortunately, this experience left us quite disappointed with the restaurant."
