"I was really hoping that the service had gotten better since the last time we were there, but it was even worse. Took 15 min. after seating to be acknowledged with water and drink order. Placed food order and I asked for my burger well done, spouse ordered a flatbread pizza. My burger came in a reasonable time, but when I cut it in half, it was bright pink so I asked for it to be redone. No flatbread pizza... soon a fresh burger came out (slightly pink, but eatable) but still no pizza, server said it would be soon. An hour after we placed our orders, we finally found our server and asked about the pizza. He went into the kitchen and came out to say the chef was alone and he would make it now, and they would take it off the bill. Pizza finally arrived one hour and 15 min after we placed our order. So disappointing. We really like to support the local companies, but this just ruins the mood of the evening out."
