"The good;This is a nice clean looking theater with very comfortable seats. It is a favorite of our family and we have came here for years.The okay:Friday night for a family of 6, tickets were reasonable at about $98.The bad:The food. For years we have enjoyed the fact that you can get a pretty decent meal, such a great idea, compared to popcorn.Tonight I came to the realization that the food, while all fancy sounding, is of terrible quality. I ordered burger sliders. Three mini burgers, that sound delicious, the problem is, when i bit into the first one, the patty was freezer cold. Not room temperature, but actually cold as if they pulled it from the fridge, popped it on the bun, and forgot to microwave it.Okay, everyone makes mistakes. I called for the server, explained the situation and the server was very polite and apologetic. He then took away my order and promised a redo.Round two, they brought me my order and this time it was even colder. They had put cheese on the burger patty but it was so cold, instead of melting the cheese, it made it harder.I called the server. Explained the situation, again the server was nice and apologetic. They offered a redo but honestly at this point, I was pretty grossed out and thinking about how much bacteria and such I had had just put in my mouth.In all fairness the manager did come and apologized, and they did offer me anything on the menu no charge, but I have to be honest, I don't trust them and did not want to get sick.Now mind you, there were 6 of us in all, and the other 5 enjoyed their meal. But, okay, I just spent $98 on tickets and $139 on 5 meals and to top it all, when they brought the ticket, they even included the bill for the 2 people next to us, so again, call the server, explain the situation get our neighbors charges off our bill....So, 3 stars because the theater is nice and comfortable, but they really need to get their act together with the kitchen or they are going to make someone really sick.I'll still take the family back, but I think food and drinks are best had elsewhere."

"Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful at all. We approached the ushers several times to address the situation, but nothing changed. On our fourth visit, a staff member even asked what we wanted them to do, as if it were not obvious. I didn’t know what to say—did they want us to confront the couple ourselves? It was frustrating and could have escalated into an unpleasant scene, all because the staff couldn’t manage the situation. On a positive note, the theater itself is fantastic, offering great amenities like alcoholic beverages, tasty food, and comfortable reclining seats. However, it’s crucial that they implement effective protocols to address disturbances caused by inconsiderate guests."

"Before having kids, we used to visit SMG quite often, so it's been a while since our last visit. The food was genuinely good back then, and it's still decent now. I tried the hatch Chile pasta, which I enjoyed. However, I was a bit let down by the kids' mac and cheese. At $11 for a small portion about the size of a salsa bowl, it seemed overpriced, especially considering it only came with a cookie and no sides. Although a drink is included, my child only wanted water. Overall, our bill came to around $90 for two adults and four young kids just for food, making it feel like a bit of a splurge."

"This theater is always me favorite to go to. They have reclining seats, they're wide and comfortable also with trays so you have a place for your food and drinks. I always get the cheese loaded fries, which are very cheesy. This time I wanted to try the new item, it reminded of an older item that was discontinued. The hatch chili chicken pasta. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The pasta was cold, first off all, and the flavor just wasn't there for me (no hatch Chile). The texture was off, almost like if it was a frozen dinner (very mushy and watery). I do recommend the chicken strips or pizza, but for a $17 pasta, no save your money."

"Tonight is the last night I’ll be coming to this theater. The service is consistently trash. I either never get my food/drinks or help, get it extremely late, or some other issue. I come here VERY often, but it’s always something. I never complain. Aweek or so ago I came here and ordered food and a drink before the movie started, at around 8:50 pm. 40 minutes later, no foodor drink so I asked about it and they told me the kitchen was closed. How, if I ordered food and never got it? Also 50% of thetime the theaters are dirty. I come to this theater because they have reclining seats and food. That’s literally it.Furthermore, this is a place with auto gratuity so apparently that means it doesn’t matter the level of service they give. Iam very simple and not difficult and do not ask for a lot. But you will ask the staff here for simple basic things (like napkinsor utensils) and spend the majority of the movie never having them. Mind you, I mostly come on weekdays when the theater isn’tpacked. Why can’t I get bare minimum service? I came back tonight to watch another movie and ordered nachos.. NACHOS .. theycame out an HOUR LATER and it was a half plate of nachos that someone threw together. I sent the nachos back. I’m starving andI came here for dinner. It’s annoying that I didn’t get to eat. Management and staff need to be trained properly because alot of the staff don’t know what they’re doing. It’s becoming a consistently bad experience."
