"The evening before Thanksgiving I wanted to have less meal preparation to feed my out of- town visitors. So, I asked Chef Tam of Haven Local to prepare a quiche for us.What a great decision that was!The vegetable quiche was light, creamy and chock full of vegetables— roasted purple cauliflower, broccoli, local shiitake mushrooms and onions. Not only was it delicious, but it was beautiful as well.We are very fortunate to this new culinary talent here in Elkins Park."
