"H&H was a huge disappointment. I had worked with the restaurant to schedule our executive team dinner. We made it clear that we needed to have dinner in 2 hours when we checked in. We were told that wasn't a problem. It took 15 minutes to get water. Then another 10 to have our orders taken. Apps and drinks we order came sometime after. I asked politely 2X regarding the delay for our food. We didn't see our entrees until 2 hours in. Entrees were $38-$50. While they were hearty and had good taste, they didn't merit that cost. If it were fine dining, I could imagine that the food would take longer and be pricey. It was gastro pub fare with very slow service. And what's worrisome is this is how we were treated as an executive team for an organization hosting its bi-annual convention there. Our patronage and large corporate account did not seem to matter whatsoever. Their only saving grace is their breakfast where there is good buffet and selection..."

"The music is at a pleasant volume, creating a subtle ambiance that enhances the overall experience. I can easily hear my friends at the table. The service is very attentive, with Mario and Sam being particularly exceptional. I appreciate the diverse menu options available from lunch to dinner. I highly recommend the fried okra, eggplant, and donuts for a fun, interactive experience, as well as the cheeseburger and the pull-apart Parker rolls served with two types of butter—they're absolutely sinfully delicious!"

"we had dinner in downing street pour house on a Saturday night after a day in the legendary of golf tournament. it is a little tricky to find if you have not been there yet; but the hunt is worth it. it is located in a very nice small business area with many shops. it is opposite from a picturesque tour railway station (the children would enjoy). there was something confusion when we first arrived. we had kept thru opentable and waited at the front sitting. the waiting workers who are talking about the constant and there was a sign that pointed out. we saw a table with a reserved sign on it and wondered if it was for us; but we did not want to accept it. the place was busy (it is quite small and we could not get someone to stop so we could ask about our reservation (behaved that you said to sit down yourself). we finally talked to someone about the bar and explained the situation. he seemed very surprised and said that they were not aware that they were part of opentable and did not take any precautions. I suggested that they would like to review this because we did not only make a reservation that was the OpenTable system; but had received emails and text messages as the evening approached (and we received this email requesting a review. we told him we like to sit on the bar. he came back a short time later and said that he had a table (the one who had the reserved sign on it). we sat down to eat. after the first confusion everything was great. dylan, our server was very helpful and friendly. we ordered the pulp (which was huge and very good. large selection of beer on design. they are known for their burgers; so my wife had the mushroom burger and I had the black and bleu burger. both were very good and the pommes were also very good. we would recommend the downing street pour house for beautiful occasional dining experience. they only hope that they have worked out the OpenTable arrangement."

"We booked a table on the patio. When we arrived they seated us inside the restaurant. I showed the sever my reservation on the OpenTable app. She said they all booked up outside, she told us that we could wait for an outdoor table, or be seated inside. I asked if we wait inside until there was a table outside, which we couldn’t do! We then sat looking at empty tables outside while we ate our extremely salty food!"

"Great food and service It's hard to find great veggie burgers, but this one was amazing. It tasted homemade. We also had the bavarian pretzel which was crispy and chewy. The queso with it had a great flavor. Great place to watch the game. Service was excellent!"
