"Instead of listening, you chose to argue with me for ten minutes until I felt compelled to concede. When a customer orders a large item and you suggest upgrading it to a combo, that shouldn’t magically downgrade it to a small. Additionally, if I order a kids’ meal with fries and then request something entirely different, the fries I already ordered shouldn't be replaced with something I didn't ask for. When I raised these concerns, your response was that I paid less and received free fries. However, I didn't want free fries; I wanted to be treated with respect rather than having more fries dismissed to me and being told to be grateful.
Rather than fostering long-term customers who appreciate your wonderful food, you’ve left me feeling completely dissatisfied due to your customer service. Even the best products can't sustain success if they drive customers away."
