"Table was ready right away. Ordered two appetizers, meatballs and Original Dry rub No. 2 wings. The meatballs were great and they brought the wrong wings. We ate them anyway cuz they looked great. They were the Italian hot wings, and had great flavor! Ordered the Carnivori pizza which was loaded with meat. Very delicious but middle pieces were tough to eat unless using fork and knife since there was so much meat on the pizza! Waiter was a friendly but a little on the slow side when attending to us. I’d def go back to try another pizza and app!"

"The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food. We ordered three different pizzas - the roasted cauliflower was very good, the mushroom was my personal favorite with perfectly cooked mushrooms, and the Margherita. We also shared Anthony's Italian salad, which was also very tasty. I highly recommend trying this restaurant."

"Fabulous happy hour but it's definitely an open secret though so get there early if you want a seat at the bar. It's a hot ticket. Food: Classic Italian salad is always fresh and delicious. Wings: coal fired and charred to perfection. We'd to like that taste (and I do) but we'll done and worth every penny. Meatballs: Sauce is great and if you get them on happy hour it's only $4. Pizza: again, coal fired and every type I have tried has been really good. Service: Daniella and the rest of the servers and bar tenders are so nice and helped up. The place gets busy so bring patience but they are all about good service. Drinks: If you're into sweet alcoholic bevs then the Tito's Italian lemonade is your Jim. They're espresso martini is also solid. They have a full bar so let your imagination go wild."

"Excellent service but the pizza is Horrible!...if they call what we had a coal-fired pizza they forgot the coal and the fire...it was not cooked enuf and it had no coal-fired taste...I would rate their pizza on the scale of Pizza Hut and way, way overpriced for the quality...the only thing of quality was the tomato and mozzarella salad we had..that was fresh!..the pizza, on the other hand, was horrid!...very disappointed and will not return to Anthony's!"

"A group of 5 former coworkers met here at 6 pm on a Thursday night. It wasn't crowded but it was NOISY. We had to shout for others to hear us. The pizza was delicious and beers were cold, and our waiter was fantastic. .....but the point of going out with other people is to be together. Otherwise, you can just stay home and order in. Would not return except maybe with one person, if we could sit next to each other at the bar. Sorry, Anthony's...I guess we're too old to get it...."

"We went on Friday night for a quick grab there was a 15 min wait for two people. We sat down, menu was easy to read. We ordered spinach artichoke dip, margarita pizza, and original wings. Artichoke dip came with toasted garlic flat bread bread was good but dip got cold so fast and wasn’t anything to remember. Wings were decently seasoned but dry. We asked for a side of bbq or ketchup and they said they didn’t have either we asked for the sauce that comes with the bbq wings. The pizza as the best part. 55 dollars for the 3 things. Most impressed with regular pizzerias."

"Kevin D saved the day. His personality and communication skills eased the pain of waiting way too long for a drink. And he tactfully “explained” that the bartender was backed up... How about a second bartender on a busy Saturday?!? Unfortunately this seems to be the common malady among the various Anthony’s establishments that we have visited. The pizza is always excellent. We would visit more frequently, and order more drinks, if the bar was properly staffed!"

"Wantagh did not accept online waiters and when I called in front of the hostess could be a short wait, I explained we needed a table for 8 and a high chair she said no problem there 20 minutes later and waiting time would be an hour and half so was not only ruined my birthday, but we had to find another restaurant because we could not wait on the parking lot with three children."
