"It wasn’t our first time eating here, but will be our last! We have given this place benefit of the doubt many times, as we were servers and cooks, and have had a couple good experiences here, however, last night took the cake. We have experienced cold food, long wait times, and servers that just don’t say anything and let you hang around for 1hr plus waiting for food. Last night was the night we waited over an hour and proceeded to watch FOUR other tables receive food, when they came and sat down after we already ordered. We tried to get the servers attention, but she almost on purpose avoided eye contact and continued doing other things. We might have even waited if she was communicative with us about what was going on, but instead left us sit. Unfortunately, we have never ever just left before but after many other bad experiences here with wait times and 2 hungry tired children, we left money for our drinks and the app we got and left. We arrived for dinner and had an order in at least by 545, and sat there until 7pm, with others getting food. I am just frustrated we spent our Friday night trying to enjoy some time together here!"
