"I've been a loyal customer of Roti for years, but today I had the worst experience I've ever had there. The new menu is disappointing and seems like a cost-cutting measure for the restaurant, sacrificing quality in the process. The steak I ordered was bland and unseasoned, and the portion was so large that it was difficult to enjoy. Additionally, my boyfriend's pita was poorly prepared; the flavors weren't mixed well, leaving a gloppy sauce at the top and a thick layer of dry rice on the bottom. We're really upset to see Roti decline like this."
