"I came last night after my wedding, as I was staying at hotel noho after our wedding reception! We were on foot, trying to find any open place where we could have a night cap and reminisce about the night! I had forgotTen my ID at the hotel. I was clearly in my wedding dress, and we were all still dressed up, not rowdy by any means, very respectful. The bouncer was giving me a power trip, although ended up letting me come in, with my group. Only to be soon refused service, saying we had been at a wedding reception and they will no longer serve us drinks. Again, we were very respectful and did not show any signs of being “overserved.” As a previous bartender myself, there are clear signs of someone who has been over served, and it is within my best judgment to refuse them drinks or serve them ! Nobody, in my group was showed those signs; and I can say that confidently! I am very disappointed, and will never step foot back into this bar. Nor will I recommend to anyone. I come from a family of musicians, and Packards missed out on having a killer duo band to offer to play in their establishment and bring some additional business. Thank you for “trying” to ruin my wedding night!!! With your poor judgment, and poor interpersonal customer service skills, you did NOT ruin our night. Be better Packards!!!"
