"When we entered the restaurant, a man and a woman behind the counter were engaged in conversation with two customers who were already drinking. Since we weren’t greeted, we decided to walk over to the bar. The woman eventually came to our side, but she still didn’t acknowledge us; she completed a transaction and then returned to her conversation with the other patrons. Ultimately, we left. I couldn't believe that, despite the dirty and run-down condition of the place, they had the audacity to be rude and provide such poor customer service."
