"We arrived at 4:50 PM for our 5 PM reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and that they wouldn’t be seating anyone for the rest of the day. I requested to speak with the manager, but it took about five minutes for him to come out, presumably because he was outside smoking (it looked like he was out of cigarettes). I even received a text message confirmation from the restaurant the day before, but the manager couldn’t explain where the text came from or how I had made a reservation if they closed at 5 PM. He was completely unapologetic and condescending throughout the encounter. This was our Christmas dinner, and we were left scrambling to find somewhere else to eat. I will never dine at this restaurant again."

"We thought this was a brunch. It is a small place on the inside, but the individual works pushed 2 tables together for the 4 of us. Our server was incredible! Very welcoming and funny. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! I had to taste the Chili breakfast taco and was not disappointed. I wish this place was in my hometown as if I were regular. They were sitting outside. Excellent experience."

"A group of us visited Charley's for lunch and drinks yesterday, and it was our first time there. We really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is fun, and we loved the outdoor space. They offer live entertainment, corn hole games, and comfortable seating areas. The service was excellent as well; our server managed everything by herself and did an outstanding job. We ordered the boat of onion rings, a Cobb salad, a French dip, a burger, and a steak sandwich. For drinks, we had sangria and a whiskey sour, both of which were very good. We will definitely return for more food and to enjoy the live entertainment!"

"Spent well over $300 for lunch and drinks for 3 people. Weren’t busy so whom we assumed were owners were working bar. Friendly and engaging so we did order quit a few drinks and appetizers. Food was good but very costly considering this was “Bar Food”. Fine dining price with picnic tables. My problem is when I paid tab I have an 50% tip and I didn’t even get a “ thank you!” Not to be dissuaded I went back next day. Same people at bar and you would think they would recognize us from previous day but this time hot cold shoulder as owners were catering to local buddies. Now, I’m not saying this to be mean but I think it’s the vacationers who keep the place afloat. I’m not saying remember my name but at least do not treat me differently than your local buddies. And finally, did go back one more time before week was out. It was raining lightly. Parked and walked over to find it closed! Sign said open at 11 7 days a week. 1 pm on a Thursday and not open!"

"AVOID DIESER PLACE for all COST!!! Everyone we've been dealing with was in pissy mood. We were there two hours and nobody was polite or smiled. Their drinks are weak at the top of the Greek workers. The place was almost empty, so it looks like people are already avoiding this place. The manager quarreled with a group of customers and even threatened to fight one of them outside. He told him when he was at work so they could fight. He couldn't have been unprofessional. His actions were a large part of this bad review. It could be time for the owners to rethink their business plan and hire some workers who have better, more professional settings. With so many bars on foot, this is one you need to go by. So many places have a reason why they are special. This place has so many reasons why you should not go here"

"We took a chance, as this was listed on our favorite NFL team's site as a local Packer bar, and the experience was great! We sat outside on the patio, enjoyed the great food, and watched some football. (There were other GB fans cheering too! . Our server, Justin, was Excellent! We will definitely be back, as much as we can on Sundays! Also this is a kid friendly place, which is a great feature for families. Our kids loved the food as well. Patio area is super nice. I would highly recommend sitting outside if you can."

"by far one of my worst experiences in a bar. it was mainly because of the service, but the one drink I had was not well done. we had a few drinks, but the server had a terrible setting. long story short, she felt ignored when she approached the table, although I was sure to speak and even tried to push my party, order quickly. we didn't move fast enough for her and she told us that we looked at her as if she were stupid. she left the table and took her bad attitude to another server that needed moments to look at our table, so it was clear that she was talking about us. then she took her job to the bartender. By the way, our server originally told us jose cuervo that she was their only Tequila option. one of my friends pointed to other tequilas behind the bar, and that seemed to further burden their terrible attitude. we decided to go because the service was so bad. because their tip reflected their bad service, the server approached us later on the parking lot to us about their mental health problems and the fact that she worked two jobs and that she had a bad night. I won't be back. I've never had such an experience in my life!"

"Watch UFC pay per view fights here, $5 cover charge. Great ambience. They have the beer I like, Avery White Rascal. Good bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. The pretzel is huge and awesome. The chicken strips are average they're pounded out tenders. The spinach dip is nice and homemade. The Mac n Cheese is good and the cheese sauce is made from scratch. Happy hour until 7pm. Half priced appetizers and drink specials. The pretzel needs honey mustard sauce... here's how to make your own... ask for the following ingredients from your server and mix them together. Half filled side of honey, 2 heaping butter knifes full of mustard, 2 Dijon, 2 mayo. Prefect honey mustard sauce!"

"I went to support my favorite team and decided to check out this restaurant. The food was delicious, the server was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Despite being short-staffed, everyone was smiling. I was attended to throughout my visit and even the manager stopped by to say hello, which I appreciated. "Visited this local spot with family this evening. My husband ordered a beer (his 2nd of the night) and was told he was slurring his words so the bartender refused service. She was extremely rude to our whole party of 8 who wanted to order drinks/food for the evening way before this event. She continued to argue with our party saying she has the right to refuse service and it was her decision and not to tell her how to do her job. She then turned around and started bad mouthing us to other employees and customers. Little did she know he struggles daily with a speech impediment and embarrassed him infront of family and other customers. We closed our tabs immediately and left she continued to throw our tabs at us with such an attitude. We are extremely disappointed in not only the way we were treated but the fact a local bar will no longer be an option for us, we are new to the area and looked forward to spending many nights. Do better and look at the WHOLE situation before making judgements. 3 Miller lites on a tab does not warrant a refusal of service, especially when people maybe their regulars were falling all over the dance floor obviously way more impaired then anyone in our party. I am so disappointed in this service and hope you train your staff to be better people in the service industry without discrimination towards people."

"Came at half time during a padres baseball game (premier league guy…. Don’t even like baseball) after 1 beer the waiter stop serving us…. "My husband and I were passing through Marlette today and were looking for a place to grab lunch. This place was just what we needed. The hamburgers were tasty and served hot, the service was quick and friendly. We have definitely found a new spot to stop at on our future trips up north!"
