"Walking in we were overwhelmed by the smell of old cooking oil. The space looks tired. We were seated next to the kitchen. It seems that their exhaust system is not working properly, we smelled like we were right in the kitchen. The food was very average but the service was great. Our wine was exceptional. This has been a nice evening out for us for many years. I’m not sure we will return. So sad."

"I had never been to this restaurant before, but decided to try it out since we were going to a musical at the Peoria Civic Center. We received a warm welcome, and our waitress arrived at our table promptly. She kindly allowed us time to browse the wine list. After ordering an appetizer, we requested more time to look over the menu. I had checked the online menu beforehand and noticed some differences; the actual menu turned out to be even better. We ordered the salmon and scallops, both of which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the poblano risotto that came with the scallops. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I would definitely return for another meal, as I had such a wonderful dining experience."

"The dinner I had at The Edge at the Ritz was absolutely fantastic. I've dined at many top restaurants across the country, and I can confidently say that this experience was something extraordinary. Everything about it was exceptional! The service was impeccable; the staff truly went above and beyond. The food was outstanding, and I tried the A6 Wagyu beef, which was rare and incredibly delicious. The setting was beyond description, with breathtaking views of the Palm Springs valley on one side and a stunning blue swimming pool with terraces on the other. Fortunately, the weather was perfect for sitting outside, making the evening truly unforgettable. I will cherish this experience!"

"first, eating was good, which makes this contribution hard to do. we had terrible service. in the grunde our own table has cleaned to sit down, where it was going well. They took our drink order and 15 minutes later no drinks. we had another waiter and take our drink order, which he quickly brought them. Finally, someone came and took our food order (it was breakfast, which is quite fast to cook) an hour later we have no food yet. we ask for our drinks to be filled and would never come back. the only way to get beverage refills is to go to the front counter and ask them. People who sit down after us and it was more than a group of people had their eating within 15 minutes. then they had the opportunity to ask if I wanted to leave a tipp. the answer was absolutely not. again the food was good and the service we received was simply not called. the picture is how we have so unprofessional and disappointing experience"
