"The dining room had quite a lively atmosphere, which made conversations more challenging. Once we received the wine list, we decided to order a bottle, which was priced fairly at twice the cost of a glass. For our appetizer, we had the crab cakes, which were very good and packed with meat, although there wasn't any lump crab meat, but that was fine.
My wife ordered a special flat iron steak topped with shrimp scampi. Essentially, it was a steak with four shrimp on top. She requested the steak to be cooked medium, but it arrived almost well done. She didn't mind too much, as it was still tender despite being overcooked. Overall, the dish was somewhat lacking.
I ordered a special as well—sea bass—which was quite good. The service throughout our meal was satisfactory. For dessert, we enjoyed a lemon cake, but I was disappointed to find that a restaurant of this caliber didn't offer espresso.
Overall, I would rate our experience a 3.5 out of 5, but I can’t submit that here. I think it’s worth returning for another visit."
